Operation: Happy Kids is a corporation run by its owner; Kristel Butterfield. Mrs. Butterfield has 4 years of Residential childcare experience, 6 years Financial Lending experience, and extensive experience with children including many years as a water safety instructor, youth swim team coach, Red Cross Swim lesson instructor and a mother herself. She will be supported in daily business operations by a staff of well educated teachers, a Nutritional Specialist and an Assistant Director, all with extensive experience in child care fields. Our staff will contain 6 Head Teachers, all with a degree or working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education, and 8 Assistant Teachers. All Staff members are CPR, and First Aid Certified. Our staff will also have a tutoring team and a summer camp leader.

Operation: Happy Kids is also a company that strives to provide more than just childcare services. We provide educational toy sales, family resources, parenting classes, birthday parties, parent date nights, and many other exciting services.
